They can be engaged separately or together. Engaged together, the same organisation is accountable for both the decision and the execution.

If you already have a managed provider, JLS can supply the leadership layer alongside them instead.

Common questions

Do you replace our existing provider?

Not necessarily. JLS can operate the service, or provide independent leadership and coordination alongside internal teams, technology providers, or an existing managed service.

Is this the same as the Fractional CISO service?

No, and that distinction matters. The CISO role owns direction and accountability; managed security delivers day-to-day operations. JLS provides either or both.
