With more than 15 years of experience in business and information technology, Lily founded JLS Technology because she passionately believes that small and medium businesses deserve the same technology support services that big companies enjoy. Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Phoenix.

When Lily isn’t working with her favorite people (that would be JLS Technology staff and clients), she can be found enjoying time with Will and their 3 kids, mentoring other women entrepreneurs and donating her time to charities such as Equality Florida and The March of Dimes.

Will Lassalle

Chief Information Officer

Will is an innovative information technology executive with an MBA and 20+ years of successful experience leading global teams in managing, deploying and securing multi-million dollar IT assets for Global enterprises.

Will has a proven track record of successful portfolio management, organization building and leadership abilities in the areas of: Information Security, Systems Development, E-Commerce, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, Digital Transformation and Strategic Planning.

Will holds a Bachelors from University of Phoenix, MBA from Aspen University and Masters Certificate from Columbia University.

Peter Rotscheid

Chief Technology Officer

With nearly 20 years as an IT leader, Peter Rotscheid has honed his expertise in sharpening operational performance, driving standardization, and guiding long-term IT strategy. As CIO for the Dutch Department of Defense, he led IT strategy, operations, processes and people. In the US, he advised public and private organizations like NIH, Treasury, and Bank of America on business efficiencies and client focus. At the Virginia Department of Health, he substantially improved service delivery, standardization, and systems performance, impacting the state. He judiciously uses resources for cost containment, raising IT’s visibility by bringing tech decisions to executives. As CTO, he integrates new technologies into successful organizational growth. Other achievements include leading global rollouts, restructuring PMOs, and transferring one of the largest data centers without interruption. With double Master’s degrees in Information

Sciences and Engineering from the Netherlands, he is an IT professional community member focused on responsive IT organizations and consistent results.

With over 20 years of experience, Colin is a highly accomplished sales leader with extensive experience driving revenue growth across a diverse range of industries, including photonics, semiconductor equipment, medical diagnostics, consumer electronics, and aerospace and defense. With a proven ability to adapt and succeed in complex markets, he has consistently helped customers exceed their goals while building and leading high-performing regional and global teams. Colin’s multidisciplinary background—combining engineering expertise with advanced business acumen from Princeton University and Georgia State University allows him to approach challenges with a unique perspective. His ability to connect with customers across industries and effectively communicate value-driven solutions that have driven proven results highlights his adaptability and skill in navigating diverse customer landscapes.
