She attended University of Phoenix. When Liliana isn’t working with her favorite people (that would be JLS Technology staff and clients), she can be found mentoring other women entrepreneurs and donating her time to charities such as The March of Dimes and Autism Speaks.

Herbert Tan – Director of Human Resources
As the current Director of HR at JLS Technology, Herbert Tan is a results-driven Human Resources Professional with deep experience in human resources/employee relations management including conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation, benefits administration, and change management. His proven experience in collaborating with executive management to conduct and execute organizational-wide strategic planning to support and further organizational goals. With nearly two decades of proven skills in labor and employment law, including complaint investigations in mitigation of legal issues. Mr. Tan is adept in organizational communications, interpersonal relations, training, and mentoring.
